Why and how to fix this?
This happens because, in most web servers, the default action for folders is “Directory listing” which is disabled by default.
You can fix this by putting an index.html on that directory. By doing so, you can show a custom message to your users.
Custom 403 Pages
If you want to create a custom 403 page for your site, just create an index.html file and put it under <your-publish-directory>/403/index.html
